Shipping and Service Commitment
Our goal is to evaluate, confirm and process each order as quickly as possible so that orders can be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. CST are usually processed and shipped the same day unless additional information is required from the customer. Additional communication between the patient and doctor or pharmacist regarding your health and medical follow-up could delay processing of your order. Also, if there is missing information, an incorrect address or other issues beyond our control, this could extend the time needed to process and ship an order. Same-day service is our goal, however, it is not a guarantee.
Most shipments will be delivered by FedEx or USPS. Any orders shipped to a Post Office Box will be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail service (typically 3-5 day delivery in the U.S.)
At the time of your order, you may select overnight (express) shipping, 2-Day or Priority Shipping (typically 3-5 days or less). Overnight Express shipping is calculated from the time the order is picked up from the carrier, not from the time the order is placed with us. Please remember that carriers consider Sundays and holiday as non-business days and will not have pick-ups or deliveries on those days.
Is a Signature required for the delivery of my package?
Yes. All packaged medication requires an adult signature so an adult must be available to sign for the delivery.
Can I pick up my package at a FedEx shipping location?
Yes. If you or another adult is unable to sign for the package when it arrives at your home or business, you may opt to have FedEx ship the package to one of their FedEx shipping locations where you can pick it up. Please go to www.FedEx.com to find a location convenient to you and select "Hold-At" facility or FedEx Office location. FedEx will hold your package for up to 7 days.
Is the Packaging Discreet?
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no reference to the contents in the package.
What are my Payment Options?
MyOnlinePharmacy.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Do you have a Cancellation Policy?
Yes. You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us. If it has not yet shipped, we will cancel it. You may not cancel an order that has already been shipped.
What is the return policy?
Per FDA regulations, once a prescription medication is sent from the pharmacy, it may not be returned. If you received the wrong medication, please do not take any of it and contact customer service immediately.
How do I track my order?
An order tracking number will be provided for all shipments. Please go to FedEx or USPS and enter your tracking number to track your shipment.
